Mild suprapatellar Hoffa's pad edema

Hello Everyone


I got the below on ultrasound. I am doing physiotherapy/working on stability exercises and strengthening my quad muscles.  I just to know what exercises I can do as I recover?

Can I bike? Yoga? Walk?

Let me know!

Mild suprapatellar Hoffa's pad edema that could be related to a a femoropatellar impingement syndrome with associated minimal fluid effusion within the suprapatellar recess.
