I am a collegiate track jumper, over a year ago I strained my hamstring and was out for 2 weeks, coming back I tried running and restrained it, I waited a month then when playing basketball I restrained it for a third time. Since then I have done physical therapy, massaging, etc. The strength is there but there is also an awkward soreness deep inside that I can't pinpoint. I only feel it when I bend my knee to a 120 degree angle and flex my leg, but it's there and I can't get any answers as to what it is, and it's keeping me from trusting my leg again.
