Hi,
I am a mother of two. I have plenty of work at home and at the office. It has been quite a while since I started to feel a lot of pain in my arms. I used to work as a swimming instructor before, but after I had my second child I quit. Now I have a desk job. Every time I life something, I experience a lot of pain in my arms. Not only that, sometimes it just feels numb. I can barely get my work done. I can't even lift my little ones for a long time. When I consulted my doctor, he said I don't have enough blood circulation in my arms and wrote me some pills. Is pills the only solution?

What type of doctor did you see? If its a question of blood circulation, you should probably see a cardiologist or a doctor that specializes in blood circulation.
