Those were torn years ago in a Football injury.
Those were the days of zippers a foot long on either side of the knee,
As I approach 50, I am really appreciative of the great work my ortho did all those years ago.
To be sure, i got to watch my step as a slight slip will hyoer extend my leg forward or to the outside right..
One thing that helped was a a strong knee tonstart with and a knowledgable strength coach.
Years later i was still able to press 1350 lbs on the leg press.
Any of you guys have a knee surgery and a successfull recovery?
