Hi, I'm Natalie. And today, Veritas Health is bringing you the prayer stretch for carpal tunnel syndrome pain relief. Perform the stretch. Place your palms together below your chin. You'll then slowly lower your hands down towards your belly.

Go until you feel a gentle stretch through your forearms. You can hold this stretch for up to 30 seconds. If this exercise makes the pain or numbness in your hands worse, please stop it consult with your medical provider.
