Dr. Michael Fredericson is director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stanford Medical Center’s Sports Medicine Clinic and a professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine. He serves on the Scientific Advisory Board for Runner’s World magazine and is a senior associate editor for the PM&R, the Journal of Injury, Function & Rehabilitation. His research interests include the cause, prevention, and treatment of sports injuries.
